These terms apply when you use saltmuleco.com or buy from Salt Mule Co LLC ("Salt Mule Co," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is accepted when we ship it. If an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• We ship only within the United States.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Natural products

Our salt and salt boards are natural mineral products. Color, size, texture, and veining vary from piece to piece and may differ from the photos. That variation is part of the character of natural salt, not a defect.

Using our products

• Bath salts are for external use only. Don't use them on broken or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, stop using them.
• Animal salt is meant to supplement a balanced diet, with fresh water always available. Ask your veterinarian about your animals' mineral needs.
• Salt boards and slabs are heavy and can crack or break, especially with sudden temperature changes. Handle them with care, and follow any care instructions included with them.
• Keep all products out of reach of children.

Statements on this website haven't been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk with a healthcare provider if you have health concerns or a condition that limits salt intake.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Salt Mule Co's total liability for any claim related to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
